Let me explain website domains to you. I run a few websites and this is fact. Sometime ago Icann because of problems with indentity theft and abuse of personal information made it possible to hide the info in who is. That's what you're seeing when you check the whois on these two sites. The address and phone # are for Godaddy and that's why they are identical.
I just paid $5 a year to hide that info on 8 of my sites. Yes they were created on the same day but that doesn't mean anything.
