Soapy found the site, http://satradingcompany.com and thought it was a sign that SA Trading, which according to SPNGE filings is listed as one of the six customers that generate 99% of sales for SPNGE, was legitimate.
As it turns out, it appears that Moskowitz may be behind the ruse since it was set up by a stock promoter.
My guess is that the site, which was set up on the same day as another scam site (Sept 10th) to try to prove that Dubai Export Import Company (which is also listed as one of the six customers) exists was done to try to fool the auditors who are trying to confirm all of the bogus orders Moskowitz has booked as revenues for this company.
The only info on the entire site is the FAQ page which makes reference to SPNG. LOL. This scam looks like it was designed by retards.
The interesting thing about the SPNG scam is the absolute brazen attitude of the scammers. They book fake sales, they forge legal opinion letters, etc and most of it is easily debunked.
It would probably be a good idea for everyone to call Robison, the auditor, as well as the SEC and tip them off about this latest ruse.
