"No company sits on a mess like this without publicly clarifying and or correcting their blunder in hopes it will just straighten itself out, especially when you are in hopes of obtaining a higher PPS to place you nearer to a goal to be picked up by larger clients in buying your common stock."

Ya know, this could be their cunning plan.

A) Put out a confusing PR that causes the price to go down, let's say just for grins to .045 at the time of the merger. The price of the new stock will then be .45.

B) Put out a PR that explains everything and the price goes up to, say .10 at the time of the merger. The price of the new stock will then be 1.00.

Now say you're the manager of a hedge fund. Which stock will you buy? The one that costs .45 a share or 1.00 a share? Remember, it's really the same stock and it has a rosy future. Could be the PR is doing what they want it to do.

But I could be wrong.
