the TA doesn't get the update for a while, infact they won't get the update until the co. tells them. I am here for more than a year when the OS was 1B (if my memory is correct) and folks told the exact same thing; called the TA and no OS change, only to find out now that we have 2.2+B OS.
Anyone who has been trading/investing for long can see it. They did dump bigtime in the last 2 days, not today. Today seems to be more of scary folks getting out.
We'll know in few months what the OS is, I'll bet anything that they have dumped more than 100M shares in the last 2days. Otherwise the pps would have been 0.005 the least.
AIMHO and experience. I have not been wrong once in calling in dilution when I can see it so clearly.
