For those that need a SIMPLE overview of a merger and to understand it's a GOOD thing for BEHL and it's shareholders, here is a link......the MM's are sending bashers and walking this thing down to cover, but they can't do it forever...DON'T HELP THEM.....JMO

So, what seems to be missing is from the PR is the conversion ratio of BEHL shares to Biocentric Global shares in bullet 1 of the PR? Then bullet number 3) states that we'll get a 10% larger number of Biocentric global than the conversion ratio would dictate?
Is that right?
