I am no expert on MNTA but the terms of the deal were pretty good considering its been lagnguishing under 10.75 for months.

I think the PIPE explains the push last week and it's good to see them get a few more qtrs of cash and at only a 8% discount.

A partnership deal is probably not imminent, but such a deal is still in the plan. MNTA will certainly not conduct a phase-2b trial of M118 on its own dime.

Quite so. The availability of funding by real investors (as opposed to those who buy into PIPE’s) is better now than it has been in some time.
