I'm asking for the actual indicator of a likely scam, not just the iHub tool that one employs to make such a determination.
The two tools you cited measure current posting activity, which correlates to some degree with the existence of an in-progress P&D operation. However, the indicator I have in mind is not based on a board's level of posting activity.
