What dilution are you referring too? With the merger?, my only real concern with the Merger would be if there was dilution of shares, but I'm not seeing that stated (As long as O/S goes down by 1 for 10), am I missing something?

You're right, revenues are key, to PPS long term, so this message of fully reporting as OB is good news on that front, as we'll know what revenues are on a regular basis going forward.
