europe is UP way in excess of the .40% CUV for today. in fact they are over and above that by about 1.2%. that will actually provide some fuel to the gap and crap thought, should the momentum get started as they have come straight up over the last few hours

at this point it is only wishful thinking on my behalf. there are three reports this am at 945 and 1000 am
