ummm u lack an understanding of market value and the fact that with 1/10 the float if we moved 10 cents now we would move a dollar then, which would = 10000 bucks, plz man look at aig they did an actual RS and they are fine, you are looking at it completely wrong.

I can understand your point about earning power. Doesn't that then imply that these penny stocks with a billion or two shares outstanding have the highest earning potential? Funny how those stocks usually hang in the .0000 to .000 range forever even though they have all that earning power. But what do I know?

What you fail to mention is that the PPS should move much easier if the float is actually 1/10th of what it is today.

its a lot easier for a .50 stock to move to a $1.00 than a .05 pink stock to move to .10 We win!

In rational trading that 10 cent increase in share price in a company that has 630 mil O/S should be a 1 dollar increase in share price in a company that has 1/10 or 63 mil O/S and you would have the same percentage increase in your total share value. Don't think your argument holds water.

You're mixing percentages with absolute numbers.

100,000 shares of behl at .10, with a 10 cent move is, indeed a $10k move, but it's a 100% increase in price. That's a lot.

10,000 shares of new behl at $1, with a 10 cent move is only $1000 move, but it's only a 10% increase in price.

On a percentage basis, we're even with the "bonus" shares, plus we have the lottery of the behl shell with the original 100,000 shares.

If you play pennies for the big adrenaline rush during large percentage price fluctuations, then this move will likely not make you happy, because bigger board stock IMO tend to move more gradually than the penny world.
