do you realise what a market cap is? more less shares doesnt matter value stays the same, except it is easier to create a demand for somehting when there is less of it available. if u giot more shares then u originally have that would dilute the stock and in turn lower the value, if we moved to a new shell and got MORE shares we would end up with a lower pps so u really GAIN nothing.

How can you possibly know that we got screwed here unless you know what the A/S and O/S of the new company are? At this point there is no reason to not beleive that A/S will be 75 mil and the O/S will be 63 mil which will give you the exact same stake that you had in the company prior to the Merger.
