We are going to recieve 1 share for every 10 shares of BEHL in the new OTCBB company, if you have 1 million shares of BEHL you will have 100K of the new OTCBB stock we are uplisting to. If the PPS is .10 at the time of the merger your stock price will open at $1.00 in the new OTCBB company as confirmed by Dennis by several of us yesterday. It is very simple.
