Short term, a shelf offering will have a negative impact, long term, I think they should have done it when Pharmacia was buying their shares at $20/shares. I cannot get on Yahoo Financials right now to check the current book value on NSTK, but I am sure it is well under $5/share, and thus any secondary above $10 is good for current holders if they can float it.
