The reason I ask the question is because the share structure gets tossed around in drive-by posts with absolutely no detection of understanding......simply saying it to say it.......

Great write up though. In regards to the "financing" we still don't know what that is.

Good post.....it is my understandng there are no preferred shares issued....also always good for us common folk.
