Why doesn't the SEC change the rules regarding this NSS. Example with my bank account, I go to the ATM and take out $100 it's immediately updated to my account reflecting the withdrawl. We are in this electronic computer world. If a company has 100,000,000 shares outstanding and someone buys 1,000,000 shares, the balance totals should be viewable and immediately updated after any sales and buys in this example to 99,000,000 available share balance. Wouldn't something like this prevent all the corruption and negativity behind the scenes?
