Feel free to prove the 2009 10K was completed.

My guess is that it will take 6 months to clear up.
And the Reverse split will be postponed. That postponement should come Monday morning.

Accurate info: R/S is coming unless it is canceled... and no one can predict what the PPS will do before it or after expect by watching it closely min to min and hour to hour on L2... cause crazy stuff happens before and after a R/S especially with a stock like SPNG... weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

SB2010: D&T is the best thing that has happened to this company, D&T gives spnge credibility. D&T is most certainly overseeing the reauditing and reststelent of 10k process. You can bet you bibby. IMO. You are just wrong.
