That would be a good thing.
Since D&T were hired within the past 2 months, we should feel comfortable with the reasoning that D&T probably checked with the SEC, and any "looking into" ...is...of miscreant activity on the part of someone OTHER than SPNG. D&T would not be onboard, otherwise.
