The SEC didn't find any irregularities with the filings,( where does it say anywhere that the SEC found IRREGULARiTIES???) just that they had to be redone because of the revoked lic. It doesn't matter if his lic was revoked after the filings, just that it was revoked when SPNG tried submitted the filings, therefore the SEC said to have them done over.

GG, Thay have to use the base numbers from 2008 when they start 2009. They can't use them in this 10K so they have to start over. Its that simple.
