People tell me stuff all the time. That doesn't make it true. And I can almost always figure out when they're pulling my leg.
SEC investigations aren't run by one person alone. They're approved on one level, and executed on another. Usually the investigation is worked by a team.
So I'm afraid you'd have to offer money to quite a few people. People who probably aren't into taking bribes.
