It would certainly appear so when looking at multi-year PoG overlays like:

but the Kitco monthly charts for the Oct-Dec period for the past eight years linked below that amarksp from the Mostly Classical board took the time to accumulate and lay out don't look quite as bullish when viewed individually. #msg-4163422
