John..

I have not deleted any posts since Granny made me a mod.

Why?

I have found the board has cleaned up it's act alot.

I am sure we get a bit tired of attacking each other.

I followed USCN closely over the past few years because it was really the only company from the CMKX debacle that appeared to have any chance of revival via Jenn and Busboom. Like it or not they brought about the reverse merge and Noble, despite evidence that Jenn/Busboom made some mistake and maybe even some misrepresentations.

I don't look at the past much..it is what it is. Does it necessarily predict the future with regard to this company and Noble? I have no idea. I only ever want a public company to provide shareholder value as it is the only thing important as a public entity. There is no doubt this company is under very close scrutiny by the SEC, so IMO it leaves Noble's management very little room for monkey business. Yes, the financial projections are rather staggering. I am in the immediate really only interested in them getting the processing plant completed and up and running. They have to do this first, in order to move to the next stage of attracting customers to generate sales, revenue and cash flow.

Noble has inherited a bit of a mess and was certainly not their own doing. Sure they should have done better DD before doing the reverse, but they proceeded nonetheless. If Noble wants to attract future interest and new shareholders, then they have alot of work to do with the business plan and fixing the corporate reporting side, in the hope we can see the stock back on the OTCBB with market maker support.

We all know these are required to move forward and we also know we have no control over whether any of it will be achieved. Some think they have a shot and others think they will fail.

Please note I am not as optimistic about USCN/Noble as I was when the reverse was first announced. Nor, is the market as a whole with the PPS slipping quite a bit. Noble's management must keep their heads down and get it done!

We shall see.

Enjoy your day.
