Zeev, I think one of the issues driving this rotation MAY be the new fund disclosure law compelling the tech funds to buy tech regardless of whether they want to or not, ie, a telecom fund can't be sitting on $250,000,000 ko. Any thoughts on this? I think they need to be in compliance by mid August.
