There's millions of them scattered in the world including the U.S. Just need CIA and undercover operations to continue hammering away at them. No need to camp 100s of thousands of troups in the middle of an oil desert. Same for Afganistan. Too many troops getting killed by land mines. They need to be pulled out and just have undercover operations terrorizing the terrorists. The show of troop forces mean nothing to terrorists.
