The U.S. has terrorists. Just watch your local news of all the murders and rapists, kidnappers, etc. Why be so worried about Russia or China or N. Korea. I think the U.S. can respond to a missle fired without putting continued fear into people that makes them go nuts with false brain washing. There will always be nutcases around the world. That's why we need our special forces fighting quietly everywhere instead of setting up camps in the oil deserts around the world. Why do we still have 50K forces in Japan? That war was over 75 years ago. Do other countries have forces in the U.S.? To keep us from sending a missile their way? Why not? lol.
