My thinking was, that, they had established a contact, and if Bear Sterns was still there, at the time the paperwork (Application for financing.) was submitted, it would have went to Bear Sterns, if not, it would have been submitted to JP Morgan.

Now I would like to make a comment:

I belive that about anybody, that is posting on this NSOL board could fill out the paperwork, (Application for financing of a CTL plant) and would be able to obtain financing for a CTL plant.

Why? Because, the Germans did it during WWII. The technology was there then. Can it be improved, to use the excess CO2, when diesel is produced? To say that it cannot be done, is to say progress cannot happen. We all know that progress happens. Now, we also know, that Kentucky needs the CTL plant. America needs the CTL plant. The World needs the CTL plant.

I believe that if MLM filled out the forms (Appication for financing of a CTL plant) I would buy a SWAP betting that he (MLM) could get the job done.

Now, I would like to nominate MLM to become the NEW CEO of NSOL. Why? because if MLM filled out an application for the financing of a CTL plant, he would follow it (the application) like stink on a skunk (Not a derogatory statement.) and he would not quit until the application was approved.... That is, what I like about MLM.
