If you are looking very long term, yes, but as I mentioned, you really want to see it base before moving. Often after such a break, there is a second shoe dropping.

MRK- I bought some for my retirement accounts. In at 33.00 and 32.90. I will add more if it goes lower.

I sure wouldn't buy MRK here. The potential losses from lawsuits could be staggering. At the least, the expectation of these losses will put a cloud over this stock for a long time.
