I find it interesting so far this is the only one that has traveled down that road. As you know Warrants are definitely one of the best ways to get a case thrown out no matter if the evidence is there or not if the access to the evidence was wrong.

Thus the reason sometimes you read articles about investigations taking years and you wonder why they didn't nail them at the start they wanted to make sure their warrant procedure was a lock.

I think the others are just waiting to see the results of this attack and if not to their advantage use the info given to counter.

This is certainly interesting info today that changes everything depending on how prosecution answers this.

Also makes me wonder if someone talked to the kid with the recants taking place.

If an independent judge agrees with him, they could throw out any evidence found in Matt's and Dynko's computers.

Yes, I thought it was a very clever argument. But I think much depends on what reasons the Feds really gave when they got permission to raid the two residences and take the computers. I imagine there's a record in the form of a warrant.
