My "experience" is real world involvement with civil as well as architectural contracts awarded mostly to companies that have 51% minority ownership (women or ethnicity). This is just real world. As far as EVRM is concerned...Im all for it putting us in the front of the line. Id like my just rewards for being an investor in the co. for it. I was just explaining how I have lost significant revenues b/c my status in winning contracts doesn't allow me a freebie, therefore some idiot usually gets the job. Have you seen how poor roadwork/architecture looks lately? Low bidder and a handout...shhesh!
