On the contrary. I believe PPHM is unable or unwilling to take the significant actions needed to create enough shareholder value to bring the share price to $1 for 10 consecutive days before the reverse split deadline. In my opinion the only way to reach that $1 is to make a partnership or license deal for a large amount of cash with either Bavi, or Cotara. I do not think Avid is worth an amount large enough to justify the move to $1 even if it was monetized. While it is true that final phase II data (if good enough) could be enough to reach the $1 milestone, I don't expect that data prior to the reverse split deadline.
