Elizabeth Lowery is a partner of the firm of Edgerton & Weaver, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on securities litigation and arbitration, as well as insurance, trade secrets, broker/dealer examinations, and complex fraud. Elizabeth received her B.S. from California State University, Northridge and her J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law in 1997. Prior to receiving her law degree, Elizabeth was licensed to trade both stocks and commodities. Her strong financial background also includes being in the top 2 percent of CPA exam candidates to pass all four parts of the exam in the first sitting. Ms. Lowery was responsible for the highly publicized victory of registered representative Mark Anderson against the SEC's accusations that he charged excessive markups.
