Gov't contracts definitization may crossover to the other side of the FY...Even if the money is obligated before 30 Sept they may not announce things that quickly...In any case we are talking 2 weeks...Anyone with long term horizons can't see 2 weeks - a month - 6 months as too long. Problem here is everyone is so anxious to sell...Folks not in may be picking that up as well...who knows...
