That's like saying, "I would expect some puddles if it rains." duhhh... lol We all know strong news it what makes a stock move (amongst other things). Sort of a 1 + 1 = 2 statement from the IR, IMO.

The financials were necessary BEFORE the PinkSheets removal of STOP. Note that on Aug 6 it was just a STOP. Was downgraded near the end of the 2-3 week period to CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Who knows??

Spoke with a daniel at investors relations, he told me it the reduction will go through and it takes about 2 weeks for it to happen. He also stated in about 2-3 weeks financials will be released. If you want to hear it for yourself call 407 830 9777. So give it at least a few weeks before you start getting negative. Give it time the PR just came out yesterday and they said they WILL reduce the share count. Not that they already did do it. GLTA

Financials in 2 to 3 weeks, as per IR. Which means to me Pinksheets will get updated and stop sign from previous shell should be removed as soon as this is done.

Ehhhhh that's completely ambiguous..... it's not exactly a huge reinforcement of ZENG, but the industry ...... at .01 it's not hard to picture some kind of bounce at some point, technical or fundamental.
