CVM – Paradoxically, the fact that today’s first PR from CVM (#msg-41532409) said nothing of consequence provides a handy defense vis-à-vis SEC Reg FD.
CVM can argue that its disclosure to BioMedReports one day ahead of its disclosure to other investors (#msg-41516063) was not a violation of Reg FD because absolutely nothing in the disclosure was material. The fact that hordes of traders thought the disclosure was material is not the company’s fault, LOL.
