"Has this stock been promoted recently...?" Only to the tune of $1MM plus. Check stockpromoters.com.

"I'm reading hints of dilution, do you think that is happening?" Where do you think the 300,000,000 shares sold in the last ten days came from? There were only roughly that number of shares outstanding when the pump-and-dump started.

"Could be interesting if any of the ideas about cancer are correct...but are they?" The people running this stock do not know (or care) anything more about cancer than a hog knows about Sunday. They only know about dumping shares into hype.
