Hardwood that level of spending is based on getting them to this point. The same money to produce $0 revenues is much less than the investment that will be required to build these systems and maintain them.

They are entering into the costly stage of development which is the production stage, marketing stage and implementation stage.

Costs have to be rising, there is no way they couldn't be. It's a natural business progression.
