It will take a HUGE PR or two to move this up. This week's did nothing at all to move it. Unreal. Market not convinced I guess. Also since pinky stocks are for trading and not investing in for the most part then Brian's comments about not caring about the day to day PPS didn't attract new money IMO. Also this one doesn't PR as much as some others. I don't like fluff either and it is PROVEN by lack of upticking that the last few PR's did nothing for our PPS. IMO we will NEED THE 25 million dollar GRANT to actually move this up. Of course contracts would also but a long way from those.

I agree with you on the boring part, not on the pos-part ;) it will move again imo, question of time, nothing else
