This is based entirely on momentum. All pennies are. They trade based on MOMO. When there is MOMO they can rise by thousands of percents for no apparent reason.

Many kistake MOMO fo sustainable value which it is not.

BEHL had MOMO. IT went up. The MOMO is gone, therefore the increase is no longer sustainable.

It is moving down because there are more sellers than buyers and there is no more excitement which is what pushed this up to begin with.

It has nothing to do with issuing shares. It has to do with what level can this company sustain a share price which represents a trading value for the company and the stock.

Everything else is a moot point. Investing is about value and currently this company can not sustain this level because there is no credibility to the market cap being an accureate reflection of the companies value.

Read the financials and tell me what you would suggest to be a true value for the company. Then divide that by the O/S and you have a number to work with.

Can you make a valid argument for the current pps being a credible value for the company based on assets, liquidity, revenues, profit/loss?
