Dividing up the 8.2 among all the derivatives & figuring out what's left for common is too complicated to do accurately without consuming massive time. Then there are all the bs lawsuits everybody files for after a co. goes down that has to be delt with. However, I find no reason that a judge wouldn't award something to lehman to start cleaning house & get the banks going again. Does this sound sort of correct so far. Cal. looks to have the biggest claims against the "J" leh. My reasoning in the above statement on the awarding is partially due to the fact that leh. needs the $$$ to start repaying partials on some of the lawsuits against. This appears to be a lengthy & complicated proceeding yet IMO I think they'll clear it up fast with a rather complicated judgement & those that can decifer it first will be in a position to make the most $$$. I'm not forgetting who's side the lawyer mentioned is on. IMO people can make a lot on this trade w/patience. Responses from anybody welcome. Trying to be as objective as possible in this statement.
