OK I guess we disagree on whether INTC is in a mature business or not. I betcha INTC sees $12 before $22, but thats a shorter term issue <g>.

Zeev: About INTC, have you considered the aging PCs bought by corporations before 2000 that are now well overdue for upgrading? I am one of the employees who are anxiously waiting to get upgrade for my office and home INTC-based PCs and the only factor that has hold me back from my upgrade action is the complete collapse of wealth and confidence in this brutal and length bear market. If Dell offer 0% interest for 12-18 mo, I would jump in upgrading now.

So, once corporation upgrading cycle to kick in, INTC will surge. The issue is when and my best guess is sometime 2003 and no later than early 2004. What do you think?
