It will not be halted unless its a suspension from the SEC. If that happens, after 10 days the suspension is lifted and this pig will trade on the grey market with zero chance of being uplisted. I have a feeling the books are really cooked with this company and they are $hitting bricks right about now.
it looks like the boys at SPNG cant put one over the regulatory bodies as easily as they have the shareholders. Nice to see them doing their job and perhaps the squeeze I keep reading about is SPNG getting squeezed for some truth
