Any idea why from 31 Oct. 2008 to 31. July 2009 retained earnings fell from ~ $7.321.000 to $2.249.000?
IF they should decide to raise capital to increase production volume it could be quite dilutive at the current low pps.
Out-sourcing some work will cut into profit margins; I wonder if this is already reflected in the CEO's profit expectations for next year.
Lastly, why oh why would they write off up to $3.8 million rather than taking delivery of the source product from the German supplier. This looks like the worst possible reaction to whatever problem they now have with the German source product.
