Just to let you know how F..... Chase is, I decided to refinance in January this year, I just got a call back from Chase, They need another Appraisal because the first one is no good after 6 months. I asked them where the H3ll have they been with my files every week for the last 6 months and all they can say is that it's in under wrighting. LOL. My wife tells the agent to forget the loan and refund our money and the Chase agent says Chase can't do that and hangs up. I haven’t been to get her to calm down since I got home 3 hours ago. I think she's going to go postal. Good thing she doesn’t know where JD lives or has his phone number. If she see one more Chase CC commercial she’ll POP.
Can you believe it? I’m going to have fun talking to her supervisor in the AM.
