It also means OT, that Steve was lying if he said they already filed it. You can't file a 10K until the auditor
signs off on it. I wonder where DT is that no_bs and others
said were helping out, even though they are not being paid until after this filing. The plot thickens.

SpongeBob, it means that the old accounting firm has found something in the filing which, if they sign off, could get them in trouble, so they won't sign off. In other words, they're covering their ass. They're responsible for the accuracy of that 10K.
