All Marker Makers typically show 5,000 shares when on the bid and ask. That is a fact. It does not mean they only have 5,000 shares to trade either way (.50 cents bid to $1.00 ask LOL). With an order in on the bid side for 10,000,000 million shares means that ARCA is looking to buy a MASSIVE amount of RCCH shares.
