Well I hold the gentleman with the carrot in the highest esteem but I'm afraid he suffers from two character traits that will always hold him back. 1)He appears to think nobody tells the truth and 2)nothing that has not been done CAN be done.

No doubt he considers me a little too credulous for my own good, so we're even.

I think you've phrased the long version of my business philosophy. People will act in their own best interests. The key is to figure out what the other guy's best interest IS.

A few things here to address and I’m not even a Philadelphia lawyer and can notice these concerns:

- These folks knew before they did the groundbreaking that this would require financing and surely they started on this financing issue way before 7/28. PLUS, they’ve had 2 months since the shovel ceremony to get financing done. I know at least one of the guys involved and if he wanted financing, he could have had it finalized by now.

- Just because they’ve promised jobs to the people in that area doesn’t mean us longs will get a dime out of this. They could up and claim bankruptcy on this NSOL company and take all the profits with FFI. But I tell you what, AFTER EFFECTS from such a decision could be a BUMMER. If that think this gal is gonna sit back and politely say "oh, well, bye--bye, I worked my behind off but you guys can have all that little ole money" – well, it ain’t gonna happen. Do you think it’s best to procrastinate and not think of what legal avenues we have available, huh?

- Even if it’s taking longer to get financing, what would it hurt to put out a news release stating such, i.e. "We want to keep our much deserving shareholders apprised that we are still in the middle of negotiating financing," etc., etc.

- I worked in an area of the House Leadership and know first hand if those guys want to appropriate some millions to this project, they can – so saying that a hold back on loans is what’s causing this just doesn’t fly with me.


I’M SICK AND TIRED OF GUESSING AS TO WHAT OUR FUTURE WILL HOLD. WE DESERVE TO BE UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HERDA, MALAND, SPARKS, SCHRADER – GIVE US SOME INFORMATION!
