Not to agree with jesse but

When you take a job and part of your compensation is stock or in this discussion stock options how is it fair that management can reduce the strike price if the companies pps is lower then when you first started ? Success or pps is in managements hands.

An example of why it is not follows #1 STEVE saying for HOW MANY YEARS NOW we are in active talks or PAUL stating at an investment conference that the results from Duke will be publish in the first half of 09.

IMO we are where we are at because we have cried wolf for far to long and we will stay at this point until management stops talking and starts producing !

Steve needs to go back to being a scientist and Paul needs to go back to being an accountant. We need major biotech players and considering we pay our board members over $100,00 per year it seems money certainly is not the problem.

Lafont, you'll have a tough time convincing me and other reasonable people that a management team deserves awards for reclaiming ground that a stock price LOST under their leadership. Especially when they dilute the shareholders that have gained nothing over the long term.
