There’s an unanswered NVS quiz in #msg-41513506 that is now obsolete:

The answer is Valturna, which is no longer part of NVS’ late-stage pipeline because it’s now been approved. As mentioned in the prologue of #msg-41609619, I predict that Valturna will become of the of two largest-selling combo drugs of all time from any company.
