Jerry, I think BAM's getting fairly close to the end of their overhang. Looking at some updated numbers -

Approx volume from 8-7-09 to today = 21 mil shares

(8-9-09 is the ~date when I figure BAM could start converting their preferred from the July financing)

BAM had 12.1 shares from the preferred, plus the 500 K remnant from the April financing, so 12.6 mil shares overall. Assuming 60% of the 21 mil in volume has come from BAM (ballpark estimate), that would be 12.6 mil shares.

So BAM is probably getting close to the end of their overhang. Of course this depends upon my 60% assumption (just an estimate), so the actual numbers are different, but at worst we're probably within a couple million shares of being rid of the BAM overhang.

Does Dr Stoll still have contacts/friends @ Baxter?

Dr. Stoll held positions of increasing responsibility at the American Critical Care division of American Hospital Supply Corporation (now Baxter), including President of American Critical Care from 1981 to 1986.
