A little bit of both I would say... there's a lot of big money already in this play which makes me feel sure about it... plus over the last few weeks there has been a lot of accumulation and a ton of people are watching closely... once it pops its going to POP hard. Just a matter of time for these PRs and PSC to get going. IMO.
