The basis of much of the prosecution's evidence in this case flows from information gained by the prosecution from the search of Matt Brown's home.[1] The search warrant to search Mr. Brown's home was based upon information received from an individual named Justin Woods[2] and included in an affidavit executed on February 11, 2007.

Here's a little more detail about the kid who received the visit from the "two gorrillas." His name is Tom McCarthy and apparently he did a deal with Dynkowski and Damaro, but didn't pay them $82,000. So Dynkowski and/or Damaro sent these goons to either beat the crap out of the kid or perhaps worse. Here's a discussion of it

Still on the lam, far as I know. Today's documents suggest that Dynkowski is an exceedingly unpleasant kid. Glad I didn't "know" him, even in the virtual sense.
